A Kundalini Reiki appointment is a type of energy healing session that focuses on awakening and channeling the Kundalini energy — a form of spiritual life force that resides at the base of the spine — and using it to promote healing, balance, and spiritual growth. While practices can vary slightly depending on the practitioner, here’s what a typical Kundalini Reiki appointment generally involves: The most powerful healing, which I believe is the medicine of the Planet, you will have an hour appointment, where we discuss physical & emotional concerns, which need healing. You may feel warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, or waves of energy during my healing session. The healing involves deep relaxation and emotional release — sometimes laughter, tears, or vivid inner imagery. Not everyone feels the same sensations, and that’s completely normal.
