Usui Reiki is the foundation of modern Reiki practice, rediscovered in the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan. It is a deeply grounding and restorative form of energy healing that channels universal life force energy — known as “Ki” or “Chi” — through the practitioner’s hands.
This practice promotes balance between mind, body, and spirit. As the energy flows, it naturally directs itself where it’s most needed — soothing the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and activating your body’s natural healing abilities.
