In The Beginning
Spiritually, I began to excel when my Kundalini energy first started releasing gently over three years ago. It was a subtle yet powerful unfolding — an awakening that stirred something deep within me, guiding me towards a path of light and divine purpose. During this time, I felt an undeniable pull to learn more, to understand the sacred energy moving within. I began studying Kundalini activation and Kundalini Yoga, and through dedication, patience, and self-discovery, I became fully qualified to support others on their own awakening journeys.
The Activation
Everything changed when my Kundalini spontaneously activated — first during Christmas of 2024, and again on Easter Sunday of 2025.These were truly divine moments that marked the full awakening of my inner energy, a complete shift in my vibration and awareness.

From that point, my life aligned with a greater purpose: to guide others who feel called to awaken their Kundalini energy safely, lovingly, and consciously.
The Transformation
Today, I work as a Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher, trained in Kundalini, Usui, and Angelic Reiki. I feel deeply connected to my work with crystals — using them in both Reiki and healing sessions to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances.
My crystal collection is vast and intuitive; each one carries a vibration that resonates with healing, especially for those experiencing illness or disease. By channeling Reiki and crystal energy together, I aim to help others reconnect with their natural harmony and wholeness.
The Integration
I am currently studying Energy Medicine, blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding to create holistic approaches that complement traditional healthcare. My goal is to help others manage pain and illness by supporting their energy systems alongside their doctor’s recommendations.
I also offer Aura Photography and Chakra Readings, giving clients insight into their energetic field and spiritual development. Together, we explore how your energy flows — identifying blockages and guiding you towards balance, alignment, and divine connection.

The Journey Continues
Beyond my healing practice, I hold a deep fascination for the ancient history of this planet — the mysteries of the Egyptians, Native Americans, Incas, Aztecs, Atlanteans, and Lemurians. Their spiritual depth and understanding of energy inspire much of my work today.
Before my awakening, I spent two years at sea working aboard the Grand Cunard Ships, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. I was blessed to travel the world, but no experience compared to visiting Egypt — a place that still resonates deeply in my soul.
Ever Evolving
My journey is far from over. I continue to develop and learn each day, following my intuition and passion for healing. My next step is to deepen my understanding through Yoga, a natural progression from my work as a qualified Pilates Teacher.
Movement, breath, and energy are all part of the same sacred dance — and I’m honoured to help others discover their light, strength, and balance through these modalities.
Every step of this path has been one of awakening — a reminder that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering the divine wholeness within us all.
